Held right at our specialty coffee bar in Kathmandu, our training programs combine coffee chemistry with hands-on practice. By training on commercial Italian espresso machines and professional grinders, you build the direct sensory and motor skills required to extract and pour exceptional coffee.

Designed for coffee enthusiasts. Learn how to extract clean, aromatic cups at home using V60, AeroPress, and French Press. Focuses on water ratio, temperature, and origin dialing.

Advanced Latte Artistry (3 Weeks)

Focuses entirely on precision pouring. Master symmetric free-pour patterns (hearts, rosettas, tulips, swans), pitcher wrist control, alignment, and sensory tasting curves.

Community Coffee Cupping

Held monthly for our café guests. Taste different local Nepali organic micro-lots and select import coffees, exploring the flavors of processing and varieties.
